After the examination of your file by the financial leasing company, the latter will buy your equipment and will rent it to you.

What happens at the end of the rental period ?

• continue to rent it
• renew the rental agreement before term

 What are the advantages for you ?
Your investment is fully funded, you don’t need a contribution. Your rents will be considered as an expense and not an investment. They do not appear on the company’s balance sheet, which is positive for your debt capacity because the balance sheet will show less debt on the liabilities.
This way of operating also avoids the large VAT lag. Indeed, at the beginning of your activity you will invest massively, thus the VAT paid on purchases (particularly capital purchases) is generally higher than the VAT collected on sales. This can cause cash flow problems.
